IDEAL MOULD SDN BHD is a supporting indsutry company since 1993. The company is located in Juru, and industrial area about 15 kms from Penang island. We provide integrated machining services major in high precision wire cutting. Recently in house have 10 units of wire cut machine which 6 units to achieve up to + - 0.003mm. Our major brand of machine is FANUC & MAKINO.
IDEAL TOOLS SDN BHD is a subsidiary company specialise in fabricate various type of industry knife, cutting blade, circular knife, top and bottom slitter, and punching die. Beside this, we also provide precision knife resharpening from flat to circular type.
From our in-house fabrication, we intend to provide designing & drafting (for sample with non drawing) in order to achieve better quality product. Together with our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and competitive stratefy, we can offer the best fit solution and be an integral part of your supply chain.
